Market-Led Improved livelihoods in Eastern Amhara Region (MILEAR) project handed over to sustain major achievements of the project to Oromia Special Zone Administration.
ORDA Won Good Practice Competition among 40 NGOs
Congratulations!
ORDA won the third 2017 CCRDA good practice competition celebrated on the 28th of December 2017 in the presence of His Excellency Dr. Mulat Teshome, President of the Federal Democratic Republic Ethiopia and senior government officials.
40 NGOs/CSOS submitted their respective good practices where 38 we're found eligible for the competition. After rigorous assessment 17 NGOs were selected. Then, ten NGOs, finally qualified for the award.
In this competition, ORDA stood in the top five winners and ranked 5th and received certificate, Cup and Medal.
This is the industrious effort of ORDA staff at all levels. Let's all consider this award as a gift of ETHIOPIAN CHRISTMAS!

Donors & implementing partners visit Dera WASH project
3 Nov. 2017 - The two institutional donors from water.org and Cartier Philanthropy visited Amhara Region of Ethiopia in November.
Their key objective was to familiarize themselves with a Project called Welfare Improvement through Accessing Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) Facilities being implemented in Dera District of Amhara Region.
