2. INVITATION FOR QUOTATION

ORDA /Organization for Rehabilitation and Development in Amhara in collaboration with the Regional Wash Network establishment project. We have decided to conduct regional Research Evidence Work shop on the approaches, policies and strategies for the organization working on wash, target beneficiaries and other stalk holders.

Thus ORDA looks licensed researchers who have conduct research on wash related topics in the Amhara Regional state to present their research evidences during the work shop. One of the papers is expected to focus on the approaches, policies, strategies taking practical experience and the other on the use and management of water schemes.

Therefore, we invite your firm to send technical & financial proposals, as per the TOR attached in a sealed envelope within 10 working days. 

  Ø  Renewed license defining the legal status with renewal for the year under consideration;

  Ø  Registration certificate other relevant documents would be attached

Quotation must be delivered in person to ORDA head office B/Dar room No.16, or through DHL or EMS or any in sealed envelope within 10 working days since this announcement

• ØThe bid closing date shall be on the 10 working calendar day at 10:30 P.M
• ØThe bids will be opened on the next working day of bid closing date, at 10:30 A.M in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives at ORDA head office B/Dar.                                                                                                              

 ORDA reserves the right to cancel the bid fully or partially.
