ORDA has good experience in mainstreaming gender across all programs and has sound capacity in the promotion of men and women for equal benefiting and women’s empowerment in the sphere of economic and social fields through addressing their strategic and practical needs. For this reason, gender is organized as an independent unit that works in harmony with major programs.
