ORDA Ethiopia validated the 5th Strategic Plan (2021-2025)

The 5th Strategic Plan/SPM (2021-2025) document comprises ORDA Ethiopia’s background, situation analysis, general considerations for developing the 5th Strategic Plan, strategic themes, results and objectives, and expected results.

The Executive Director, Dr. Alemayehu Wassie, remarks more than 10 billion birr worth of integrated development works will be carried out during the five-year strategic plan and calls for directors, managers and employees to work in harmony for an effective and efficient program/project operation.

ORDA Ethiopia’s management body validated the 5th /Five-Year Strategic Plan/ (2021-2025). The organization currently reorganized pillar integrated development programs into five to be implemented throughout Ethiopia.

1. Forest, Environment and Climate Change Program

2. WaSH and Irrigation Development Program

3. Agriculture, Nutrition and DRM Program

4. Gender, Disability Inclusion and Youth Employment Program

5. Food Commodity Management and Emergency Program

The vision and mission and naming of the organization is also changed as it is growing in terms of geographic and thematic area coverage from time to time with commendable achievements.
