ORDA Ethiopia receives close to 44 million Birr aid from Oxfam GB, Welthungerhilfe and Helvetas

ORDA Ethiopia secures 33 million 647 Birr aid from Oxfam GB to save the lives of internally displaced people in North Gondar/Debark, South Gondar/Ebinat & possibly Debre Birhan IDP centers.

This fund will be distributed for people who totally lost/ depleted their asset (looted & demolished resources). It’s planned that 8 thousand people will be paid a total of 3 thousand birr each while the rest will be assisted with agricultural seeds for production as parts of relief and rehabilitation activities.

In the same token, the strategic partner (we highly honor) Welthungerhilfe and Helvetas made a significant contribution of 10 million 276 thousand 700 birr to assist people in worse situations.

The organization greatly honors funding donors for their unreserved support during the times of difficulties.
