ORDA Ethiopia's Safe Guarding Policy Training (2)

ORDA Ethiopia's Safe Guarding Policy includes protecting the safety and rights of the company's employees and beneficiaries from abuse, including sexual abuse, physical abuse, psychological abuse, trafficking abuse, and mistreatment of customers. During the training, the principles of Safe Guarding Policy were introduced to the employees. Conducting sexual harassment, any employee having sexual relations with children under the age of 18, sexual assault using work responsibilities, etc. is prohibited. It should also ensure that projects do not have a negative impact on beneficiaries during implementation. If there are problems related to safety and security, it can be reported to the relevant work department, i.e. the head office Safe Guarding officer, the executive director, and the manager of the human resources department and Safe Guarding focal persons of the branch offices.
