Invitation for Quotation
Organization for Rehabilitation & Development in Amhara (ORDA) with ANRS/Health bureau & Welthungerhilfe, is implementing whole sanitation chain program in Bahirdar. As part of the program ORDA has a plan to give TOT on CLUES for program and government staff.
Thus, ORDA is currently looking for licensed consultant who can carry out this task.
Therefore, we invite all licensed potential consultancy firms to send their technical & financial proposals, as per TOR, in a sealed envelope within 12 calendar days since issuance of this announcement.
Basic information:
ü Candidates must submit bid bond 2% of total cost in the form of CPO.
ü Candidates can collect hard copy of TOR from ORDA –Head office room No – 16 Bahirdar or soft copy from here below attached document.
ü Evaluation points:
- Technical proposal (70%)
- Financial proposal (30%)
ü Bid:
- Closing date- 12th day at 11:30
- Opening - the next working day at 8:30
ü Document submission place:
- ORDA –Head office room No – 16 Bahirdar.
ü ORDA has the right to cancel this bid partially or fully.
